Who is Pamela Phui
Pamela has 17 years’ experience as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in high-profile corporate settings which includes Tokio Marine Global Re Asia Ltd i.e. one of the largest Japanese insurance multinationals and a Malaysia listed company in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. She was also a senior auditor in Deloitte mainly involved in the hospitality, timber operations, financial institutions, property development, manufacturing and retail clientele. She is well versed in these industries’ brands and business models. Pamela has a strong passion and specialise in branding and image consulting, management soft skills, attitude transformation, leadership, cash flow improvement and debt reduction strategies. In pursuing her own personal growth, Pamela took interest in becoming a Certified Brand Image Professional Consultant and Human Resource Certified Trainer. As she always took interest in the beauty industry, she has conducted Skin Care, Makeup and Grooming classes for the Labuan Immigration officers, Labuan hotels, and local Beauty Pageants finalists, local associations, and public. She is currently the Committee of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) for Sabah region and an ambassador giving career and professional image talk to various schools in Sabah. Pamela also writes articles about branding for individual and corporate companies which are featured in newspapers i.e. The Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo, The See Hua Daily, and East Malaysia’s leading property magazine i.e. Property Hunter. She is also an active volunteer of WWF and World Vision
